Interview nerves, what actually helps? - any advice?

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The role is similar to my old job as an insurance claims processor. What calms you down?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
