Interview nerves, what actually helps? - any advice?

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. I worked as a security officer before this. The role is similar to my old job as a security officer. What calms you down?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
