Interview nerves, what actually helps? - any advice?

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. The role is similar to my old job as a teaching assistant. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
