Interview nerves, what actually helps? - any advice?

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.
