Interview nerves, what actually helps? - any advice?

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. The role is similar to my old job as a quality inspector. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
