Interview nerves, what actually helps? - any advice?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The role is similar to my old job as an operations analyst. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
