Interview nerves, what actually helps? - any advice?

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a logistics coordinator. Any questions to ask at the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
