Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 7 years as an accountant

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
