Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 7 years as a hotel front-desk agent

It has been 6 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
