Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 3 years as a web developer

It has been 5 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. It has been weighing on me all week. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
