Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 3 years as a medical assistant

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. I worked as a medical assistant before this. The role is similar to my old job as a medical assistant. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
