Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 3 years as a dental hygienist

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.
