Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 18 years as an accountant

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. It has been weighing on me all week. I want to come across as confident and honest. Any questions to ask at the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
