Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 17 years as a graphic designer

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. It has been a long 6 weeks. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
