Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 16 years as an HR coordinator

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
