Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 16 years as a pharmacy technician

It has been 7 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The role is similar to my old job as a pharmacy technician. Any questions to ask at the end?
