Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 15 years as a medical assistant

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The role is similar to my old job as a medical assistant. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
