Interview nerves, what actually helps? after 11 years as a project coordinator

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
