Interview nerves, what actually helps?

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. I have practised answers but they sound stiff.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
