Interview nerves, what actually helps?

I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
