Interview nerves, what actually helps? - 9 weeks in

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a quality inspector. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
