It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. It has been weighing on me all week. I have practised answers but they sound stiff.

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
