Interview nerves, what actually helps? - 5 months and counting

It has been 5 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a pharmacy technician. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
