Interview nerves, what actually helps?

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I worked as a paralegal before this. The role is similar to my old job as a paralegal. How do you prepare answers?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
