Interview nerves, what actually helps? - 3 months and counting

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. It has been weighing on me all week. The role is similar to my old job as an IT help-desk technician. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
