Interview nerves, what actually helps? - 21 weeks in

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
