Interview nerves, what actually helps? - 14 weeks in

I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The role is similar to my old job as a marketing coordinator. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
