Interview nerves, what actually helps? - 13 months and counting

It has been 13 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The role is similar to my old job as a social media manager. What calms you down?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
