Interview nerves, what actually helps? - 11 months and counting

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. It has been a long 22 weeks. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
