I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The role is similar to my old job as an operations analyst. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
