I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
