I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

It has been 5 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. The role is similar to my old job as a hotel front-desk agent. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
