I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

It has been 2 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I want to come across as confident and honest. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
