I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

It has been 8 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. It has been a long 16 weeks. The role is similar to my old job as an operations analyst.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
