I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The role is similar to my old job as a social media manager. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
