I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

It has been 3 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
