I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
