I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I want to come across as confident and honest. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
