I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

It has been 3 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I want to come across as confident and honest. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
