I freeze in interviews, tips? - what worked for you?

It has been 13 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
