I freeze in interviews, tips? (update)

It has been 2 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
