I freeze in interviews, tips? (update)

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. The role is similar to my old job as a dental hygienist.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
