I freeze in interviews, tips? (update)

It has been 13 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The role is similar to my old job as a forklift operator. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
