I freeze in interviews, tips?, recruiter here

I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. It has been weighing on me all week. The role is similar to my old job as a recruiter. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
