I freeze in interviews, tips? (Providence)

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The role is similar to my old job as an electrician's helper. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
