I freeze in interviews, tips? (Portland)

It has been 3 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I worked as a copywriter before this. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
