I freeze in interviews, tips? (Pittsburgh)

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I want to come across as confident and honest.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
