I freeze in interviews, tips? (Omaha)

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. Thank you in advance. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
