I freeze in interviews, tips?, medical assistant here

It has been 10 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
