I freeze in interviews, tips? (Knoxville)

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
